This feature is to manage the card holder notifications.
This screen can only be viewed by Merchant Admin Users.
Open card holder notification settings
- Select the Settings option from the top Main menu bar. The Settings menu bar displays, with Users page open by default.
- Click on the General menu option. The General screen displays.
- Card Holder notification settings can be seen on the screen.
Add From email name
- Click on the Edit icon which opens the side pane for configuring the card holder notification.
- Type in the From Name that you need to configure. The name can be your business name so your customer knows its from your business.
- Click on the Enable notifications slide button to move it to the option you want.
Tip: A dark slide button is Enabled
An empty slide button is Disabled
- Click on Update button to save the changes.
- To return to the General screen, click the General link at the top left of the page
