**Abandoned Orders Feature** We've added an **Abandoned Orders feature** to our Shopify plugin. This feature automatically cancels incomplete orders. Specifically, when a customer reaches the payment page but closes their browser before completing the transaction — leaving the order in an **open status **— we automatically send a cancellation request and update the order to **closed status**. Click [here](https://apps.shopify.com/n-genius-online-by-network) to go to the N-Genius app page on the Shopify App Store. You will be taken to the Shopify login screen (if you are not currently logged in). 3. Once the N-Genius app is installed, you will be redirected to the App page. Click **Activate.** ## Configuration 5. The Outlet ID can be found in the Portal by going to **Settings > Org. Hierarchy** and then click on the outlet on the left. **Outlet Reference** will be displayed on the right. | | API Key | Enter API Key provided by **Support** or **Partner.** The API key can be found in the Portal by going to **Settings > Integrations > Service Account.** | | HTTP Version | Select the HTTP version that your outlet supports. |
