In order to begin accepting payments from Union Pay card-holders, you must first navigate to your N-Genius Online portal, log-in and browse to the Settings > Organisational hierarchy screen, and find the 'Payment channels' configuration option.
On the next screen, you will see a number of tabs indicating each type of payment channel, and how many are already configured.
Switch to the 'APMs' tab to configure Union Pay.
Next, click the 'New' button to begin configuring your Union Pay account:
Ensure the presented input fields are completed according to the below information:
- APM: UnionPay
- Account Name: The merchant name
- Account ID: The Merchant ID associated with the merchant
- MCC: the Merchant Category Code (MCC) of this Union Pay account.
Once you have completed this form, click the 'Add' button to confirm the details. A new APM payment channel will be created and displayed.
If correctly configured, customers visiting your implementation of the N-Genius Online Hosted Payment Page (HPP) will be able to pay using their Union Pay card and the Secure Pay web-checkout.
