Notifications

In the Settings tab - Notifications setting you can set your email notifications to receive payment notifications for your users, set card holder notifications and configure your SMTP details to use your own email server.

Uniqueness check on merchant defined order reference ID

N-Genius Online has the option to make the order reference id you provide to check if it is unique or not. When you pass the order reference ID when creating an order the uniqueness check will do a check through all parts of the hierarchy of your organisation to see if this order id has been used before or not. If it is unique the order will go through. If its not unique it will fail to create the order.

Switch on unique merchant order reference

To switch on the uniqueness check on your order reference numbers go to Settings - Payment configuration and click on the toggle for "Unique merchant order reference". When switched to green the uniqueness check is enabled for all parts of your organisation.
