MCP (Multi-Currency Pricing)

N-Genius supports Multi-Currency Pricing (MCP) payments for orders created in AED. The currency and payment amount automatically adjust based on the customer's geographic location, allowing them to pay in their local currency. Customers can choose to change the currency according to their preference.

The order is created in AED:

Based on the customer's geo-location, the currency and payment amount automatically adjust to their country's currency. In this case, it converted to INR to facilitate payment.

The customer can change the currency back to AED or any other supported currency:

The customer will make the payment, and the N-Genius transaction history will display the currency in which the payment was made along with the equivalent AED amount for which the order was created. These details will also appear in the gateway report.

If you also use dynamic currency conversion

If DCC is switched on for you as well, multi-currency pricing comes first. A customer who pays in the currency it shows is not offered DCC. A customer who changes back to AED may be offered their card's own currency once they enter their card details. See Global Blue Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).
