On N-Genius Online Portal you have the option to use your own email domain for sending payment links, card holder notifications and payment notifications by using the SMTP details feature.
Steps to enable SMTP details
- Ask the operations team to enable the SMTP details feature and whitelist your email domain
- Once confirmed from operations team, go to "General" tap under "Settings"
- Click on "Custom SMTP settings"
- The below form comes up and you have to fill in your domain details and password
You can only use one email address which is used for all outbound emails. This feature is instead of using [email protected]
