Request Additional Services from N-Genius Online
Our N-Genius Online portal's 'My Services' screen allows you to view all our available services, the services you have active, and request additional services to get the most out of your N-Genius Online account.
Navigation
There are two ways to navigate to the 'My Services' screen:
- When you log in to the N-Genius online portal at the merchant level, you will see a green color invitation banner on the summary tab. Clicking on this banner will direct you to the 'My Services' screen.
- Alternatively, you can click on the 'My Services' tab when logged into the N-Genius Online portal as a merchant user. This will directly take you to the 'My Services' screen.
My Services’ Screen
The 'My Services' screen allows you to view all the services available for your account, along with their status (active or inactive) on your account. You can also submit requests to enable additional services that you are interested in.
The 'My Services' screen displays a summary of available services organized into subcategories. Each subcategory has a counter indicating the number of services within that category. You can expand each section by clicking on the corresponding button.
Once expanded, you will see all the potential sub-services available to you. Each sub-service is accompanied by a description, a request button, and an indicator showing its status on your account.
If you hover over the information icon (i) next to the sub-service title, you will be informed about any applicable charges for that service. If charges apply, a Network International representative will discuss them with you. If there is no information icon, then there are no charges for that sub-service.
Steps to Request Services
To request access to a service, you can do so directly from the 'My Services' screen. However, only users with administrator privileges, typically those created when your account was first set up, can submit these requests.
Note: If you are logged in as a user without administrative privileges, the request button will be grayed out. In this case, you should ask a user with administrative privileges to request the service on your behalf.
If you are logged in as a user with administrative privileges and click the 'Request' button, a confirmation dialogue box will appear.
If you click 'Cancel,' the request will not be processed. However, if you click 'OK,' a notification will be sent to our team, and a member of our team will contact you regarding your request. On successful submission, you will see a notification on the screen.
Once the request has been submitted, the request button will be grayed out, and hovering over it will display text indicating that the service has already been requested.
Request Audit Trail
If you would like to access historical information on service requests, you can find it on the same page by expanding the 'History' section under 'Request Audit Trail'.
The 'History' section will display a list of previous service requests along with relevant details such as the date and time of the request, the requested service, and the status of the request. You can review this information to track your previous service requests.
On the 'My Services' screen, locate the 'Request Audit Trail' section and click on the expand button alongside 'History'."
