Before You Begin

To explore how N-Genius works, we recommend starting with our *Sandbox Test Environment*, where you can:

Create a test merchant account
Try out integrations with no live payment risk
Simulate common payment flows including authorisation, capture, refunds, and webhooks

Set up your sandbox account to begin testing right away.

Live Account Activation

To go live with N-Genius, your business must first be onboarded by our support or account team. You may be asked to provide the following:

Business website with a clear product or service offering
Valid business bank account details
Corporate documentation (e.g. trade license, proof of registration)
Identification for authorised representatives

ℹ️ Your relationship manager will guide you through any specific KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements based on your region and industry.
